Great people, Brian our salesman was very helpful and not pushy at all. It was a great discussion about trucks and options and needs versus wants which helped to focus the search to the appropriate trucks. And because we came in with some web research and prices there was little to no haggling. The only time I had as good of an experience was at another Ford dealership. I think this family just became a Ford family.

Yesterday, we bought our second used vehicle from Cody. Both times were amazing and swift (less than 30 minutes from butts on chairs to butts in driver seats). There was no pressure, just straight forward sales. After I bought my vehicle, my neighbor who was in a bind with his older Ford, had me bring him to trade in his older Focus for a brand new Fiesta. Without a doubt, the best buying experiences I have ever had. I will say that I was less than impressed with their service department, but the Sales Team more than made up for the failings there.

Our F150 Platinum's sunroof was stuck in the tilt position and of course it started to rain later in the day. My husband was hours away and is also not a mechanic so I took it to SW Ford where I have been going for all service/repair work on my truck for over two years. I was told that it would cost $2k for the repair because the entire thing had to be replaced. So I asked them to just close it because I couldn't afford that kind of bill and also felt like I was being screwed over and they said they couldn't close it because it would become a safety hazard. They were at least nice enough to put a new car seal over it so it wouldn't leak and I left. When my husband returned home he was able to remove the window get it back on the runner and it has worked just fine ever since. Total time invested in the fix was 30 min and $0 by someone who has never done a similar repair. When Marshall was in the service dept, I trusted him completely and never felt like I was being totally screwed over. Since he left though, it has been a very different story and we will no longer use their service shop.
