Super friendly! I bought a 2017 Chevy trax in Missouri. A month after we got it I finally took off the trunk cover only to realize the back of the seat was coming apart and I took it to the dealership in Missouri and they kept saying nothing was wrong with it and I’d keep taking it back because a seat is not suppose to be like that. Anyways i finally got some where after 2 months of having it but we ended up moving here because my husband was getting out of the military. Tracy and everyone in the service department was so nice! They said they would fix my seat! They were just wonderful! I highly recommend them!
I drive an hour from McKinney to get my car serviced here. I have tried three separate service centers in North Dallas, and none have come close to the level of service I receive at Britain Chevrolet Cadillac. They are always friendly, and I've never had to take my car back because they didn't do something right the first time. It's worth the drive for me.
Cody Totally Rocks. I walked in knowing the 2 vehicles I wanted to look at, one used, and one new. He asked me a few questions to narrow down the best new vehicle to show me. It was exactly what I was looking for. I knew as soon as we started driving that it was the right fit. He asked if I still wanted to look at the used vehicle, which we did briefly. But I had already decided. He adapted to my personality quickly (which is not easy), and worked fast to get the deal done. He is smart, considerate, has great listening skills, and he's funny.
