I kept this in mind while I was doing some preliminary research on SUVs, but it wasn't until my car was severely vandalized that I was able to prove how wonderful this dealership is for myself! Josh and the rest of the team at Southwest are WONDERFUL and well worth the hour drive from Frisco. They are honest, upfront, and don't dismiss you after the sale...the amazing service continues and I am so happy to have found their team when I needed it the most! My Wife and I had such an amazing truck buying experience! Made an inquiry on there website the night before, they called back first thing in the morning. They held the truck so we could drive out from Wylie. We worked with really friendly staff, asked if we where Costco members for additional rebates. Very up front on the price with clear transparency. Not pushy at all..

I had a close friend tell me about her experience buying a car from Southwest about a year prior....we both live in Frisco, which is about an hour away, so I was surprised to hear she drove so far...until I heard about the wonderful service she received.

A not so funny story...Two weeks ago my husband and I were talking about the Terrain I bought here in 2013. It is a daily driver for me and my commute to work. I have 97K miles on this Terrain and still have the original tires on the vehicle. We talked about writing in and saying how pleased we were with the car. I was hoping our Salesman (Sky) still worked there. Of course I put off writing and last week was in a terrible accident and now have lost my precious Terrain. I was so happy with that car and was planning on driving it for a long time. Wish I knew what kind of tires those were....

So far I have been extremely impressed with the level of service from Southwest. I purchased a truck in January 2017, and it ended up having issues. The service rep Chad has always keep me up to date by calling me almost every other day. The issue with the truck couldn't be fixed so the sales manager Justin has worked really hard and has been able to get the 2017 traded in for a 2018 without changing my payment or making me upside down, all while making sure to keep my gap insurance and extended warranty. They really know the meaning of customer service there and have shown genuine caring and support through all of the issues and the trade.
