Disappointed. I Was given a price over the phone for a specific tire. He came to this price by typing my vehicle in his system. I was satisfied with that price drove over to get tires put on and found out his pricing was wrong. They were $30/tire higher. Very disappointed. Ended up buying a tire I really didn't want but fortunately for them I was in desperate need and didn't have time to go anywhere else. Won't be returning. Going back to NTB and Greenville Chrysler!!!! Poor customer service. Not to mention how long it took for them to out the tires on! Be cautious.
Reasonably priced tires and wheels and great customer service they go above and beyond what's expected and get you in and out in a timely manner even on warranty work.
Terrible customer service and just terrible people all together. I don't care for them at all. I will not be going back to this place ever and will cont to take my business to discount wheel and tire on Wesley. Thanks for not looking for the nail in my husbands tire that we TOLD you was there and threatening his life by not removing it when we asked you too. And to the asst. manager who talked to me like I was stupid, you are a terrible manager and don't deserve the title.
These guys were professional and management was knowledgeable. Really expensive to re-mount and balance 4 tires though.
Quick service even though they are always busy. Best place to buy tires.
