My car has been repaired twice for different things there. And I think he was very fair and nice. And the only credit card I know of that he doesn't take is American Express.
Mike and Billy gave us amazing service when we were broke down on the side of road and almost had the dealer service people take us in. Instead Quality Auto towed our van in and had our head gasket and the radiator done the same day to get us back on the road. Excellent service with high quality parts and pricing was very competitive. I know that for a fact as I shopped around to get the pricing around town beforehand.
